It is cheating and illegal. Steroids – A performing enhancing drug that stimulates bone and muscle growth Stimulants - A performing enhancing drug that increases physical and mental alertness. Taken in a range of sports. Diuretics - A performing enhancing drug that causes you to urine a lot so you lose weight Beta blockers - A performing enhancing drug that steadies your muscles and reduces heart rate Narcotic analgesics - A performing enhancing drug that is a very powerful pain killer. Hides injuries and is dangerous.

Weight, age and gender categories are 3 ways competitions are balanced Rules – Laws of sport that make the game fun, protect players safety, prevent cheating Optimum weight – A persons ideal weight. Weight is affected by bone structure, muscle size, height and gender.
