Campaign Management Team To inform members of Balfron High about the Comenius independence referendum To publicise the referendum around the school To organise hustings / question time in school To organise and run referendum day To research and publish information about the actual 2014 referendum – e.g. when, where, who can vote etc. To involve the community in the referendum To contact MPs and MSPs and invite them to participate in the referendum

5. Need a leader of YES and NO campaigns Be willing to be “face” of campaign. Be a good speaker – will take part in hustings /question time Be organised and a good motivator Also need a leader of Campaign Management team to have overall responsibility of referendum – must be organised, responsible and be able to liaise with teachers / SMT.

6. First Task… Decide date of referendum Decide groups Decide leader of each group Allocate each person in group some aspect of campaign to research. Meet on Monday 9th September to share findings. Use the friendly teachers and resources in Social Subjects to help!
