4. Mission (1) I. Mission statement: 1. Purpose: IJMA3 provides telecommunications and information and communication technologies (ICTs) transitional development and assistance for developing countries by working collaboratively with local communities to help them cross the bridge to the digital world and promote its use so that all segments of society can harness the same opportunities.

Values: Hard working team, highly motivated, fully empowered, highly productive, specialized in programs development and programs execution; work procedures and organizational structure clearly defined to all members. 3. Strategy: Structured to execute the most demanding programs and most difficult projects; strong base structure for sustained growth; adopts adequate processes for producing quality services; 4. Behavior standards: Team worker/ team spirit, Communication, Management by projects, Respect of procedures, smart work for high productivity level, Low staff number, quality people. Financed by Donors, continuous capacity building, partnering and outsourcing.
