2 Hooke Court is a 14th Century Manor House. It opened in 1994 and remains a small family run business with a focus on quality and safety.

7 FOOD SERVICE & CATERING Awarded 5*’s for its food and hygiene by West Dorset District Council Where possible the food grown at Hooke is included on the menu Healthy and Nutritious Special Diets catered for Packed lunch, hot evening meal and breakfast provided All eat together

8 SAMPLE MENU… Breakfast: Juice, cereal, beans on toast, hot drink. Mid-Morning Snack: Squash and biscuits. Lunch:* Selection of sandwiches, homemade cake, fruit, yoghurt Mid-Afternoon Snack: Squash and biscuits. Evening Meal:* Pasta with a homemade tomato & vegetable sauce, served with cheese, garlic bread and salad. Yorkshire pudding with sausage, potato wedges, carrots, peas and gravy. Sweet & sour pork and rice. Puddings: Fresh fruit salad. Fruit crumble and custard. *Salad and fresh fruit are available at all lunch and evening meals.

11 Raft Building Work in groups to build and improvised raft that they then have to paddle across the lake Shelter Building Collect materials to build their own shelter! DAYTIME ACTIVITIES…

12 Low Ropes and Orienteering Orienteering, challenges and team building in the rural grounds Scavenging and Cooking Prepare and cook food on an open fire.

13 Night Walk Explore the local area at night, maybe even spot a badger! Campfire Enjoy singing and entertainment around a campfire in the woods! EVENING ACTIVITIES…

14 A TYPICAL DAY AT HOOKE COURT… 7.30am Wake up 8.00am Breakfast 9.00am Activity 1 12.00 pm Lunch 1.00pm Activity 2 4.00pm Chill out, freshen up for evening. 6.00pm Evening meal 7.00pm Evening Activity 8.45pm Hot chocolate and snack 9.00pm Bedrooms 9.30pm Lights out

15 COST The cost of £165 is spread over 3 payments: 1)Deposit £20 – September 2015 Online Payment System, after Oct half term.
