1 USA’s mission : To develop and provide services and programs intended to assist members in building strong businesses in North America's competitive environment.

2  The USA RSM program partners with local Part Distributors to deliver badly needed business and technical training to servicers on a local & regional level.  Not all service companies will attend conventions like the SRC, NASC, MSA, PSOC. ◦ Time & financial commitment. ◦ Failure to see the need vs. benefit.

3  Small time commitment one day.  Low cost investment typically < $100.  High value return on investment.  Access to technical training.  Access to management training.  Easy to get to 1-4 hour drive time.  Curiosity – guilt factor.  Free first year USA membership.  Copy of SRC presentations.  Attendance certificate.
