5 Activate Students in CCA Career Description: –This function allows school registrar to admit students under CCA career –Allows CCA head to term activate students in batch or individually to CCA Granted Role: –School Registrar/CCA Head Menu Path: –Records and Enrollment > Career & program information > Student program/plan –Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Term Activation > Term Activation Batch Process –Records and Enrollment > Student Term Information > Term Activate a Student

8 Admit Students under CCA 1. Navigate the menu path 2. Click ’Add a New value’.

9 Admit Students under CCA 1. Fill in Student ID, Student Career Nbr and choose Academic Career

10 Admit Students under CCA 1. Change Effective date, specify program action, Admit term, Campus 2. Click ‘Student Plan’

11 Admit Students under CCA 4.Click Save 3. Specify Student Academic Plan

12 1. Navigate the menu path 2. Add new Run Control ID Term Activation - Batch

13 1. Enter the academic details 2. Click the Process Control tab Term Activation - Batch

110 Validate Re-uploaded CCA Scheduling Data (1) Since the start date specified is 10 Jan 2015, the 05/01/2015 classes will not be replaced by the re- uploaded data (2) But classes stipulated after 10 Jan 2015 will be replaced by the re-uploaded data. Notice that the 14/1 and the 21/1 classes are replaced with the 16/1 class meeting from the re-uploaded data file.
