12 Select the School Discipline Teacher and Principal can only prompt for their own school

14 Select a Student Discipline Teacher and Principal can see all the student in their school

17 Select Offence from List Discipline Teacher and Principal can prompt for all offence (Light and Severe)

18 Select Type of Offence Status Select ‘New’ if Offence is New

19 Select Type Of Offence Status List of Offence Status : 1)Select ‘New’ when logging case for first time 2)Select ‘Confirmed’ to confirm the case 3)Select ‘Void’ to cancel the case 4)Select ‘Closed’ to close the case List of Offence Status : 1)Select ‘New’ when logging case for first time; this status is defaulted 2)Select ‘Confirmed’ to confirm the case 3)Select ‘Void’ to cancel the case 4)Select ‘Closed’ to close the case 5)Select ‘Escalated’ to escalate case to MOE HEP

24 Save the Offence Log When Click Save, Reference Number will be generated in following format : Institution / DIS=Discipline / 4 digit school code / YYYYMMDD with two running digit

25 Update Offence Status Change Offence Status to ‘Confirmed’. Note that field are not editable anymore if Offence Status is ‘Confirmed’

26 Escalation to HEP Check the check box to escalate to HEP and click ‘Save’. Make sure Offence Status is changed to ‘Escalated’

27 Student Discipline Conduct School Counselling and Escalation

28 C1-DI03:Conduct School Counselling Description: –This function allows Counsellor to create School Counselling Log for Student whom required Counselling Granted Role: –School Counsellor and School Counsellor Head Menu Path: –Student Discipline > School Counselling Log –Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

39 Select Type of Acceptance List type of Acceptance : 1)Select ‘Invited’ if student are being invited to counselling session 2)Select ‘Referred’ if case are referred from Discipline Teacher/Principal 3)Select ‘Voluntary’ for Student whom attend counselling voluntary

41 Select Student from the List School Counsellor can prompt for all student under their campus

42 Fill in Counselling records Click ‘+’ to add new counselling session

43 Terminate Counselling Session Tick on here to terminate Counselling Session and Click ‘Save’. **Note**: Make sure to change School Counselling Status to ‘Closed’ to indicate that counselling has been completed and requires no further session

44 Escalate Counselling Case to BKK First Step: Change status to one of the following. By default the status will be ‘New’ as cases is new. 1)Select ‘Escalated’ if cases need to be escalated to BKK. But make sure BKK counsellor is appointed before saving this case. 2)Select ‘Pending’ if counselling is still on going 3)Select ‘Closed’ to close the case Second Step: Prompt for BKK counsellor and click save. Email will be generated to BKK counsellor; CC: School counsellor
