3 Jan 2015 Feature List CALL CONTROL BUSY LAMP FIELD TRANSFER HOLD Using the console the operator can dial, receive, transfer and hold calls without using the physical handset. The busy lamp field shows department grouping for extensions on the system. It will display the extensions current call status including busy, ringing, divert or in Do Not Disturb mode. The user can transfer incoming calls to a selected extension or simply put the call on hold. TEXT MESSAGE The operator can take and send text messages for users within the organization. The text message can pop-up and display on the configured users computer. Once read, the operator receive confirmation of “read receipt” DATABASE LIST The operator can save the customer information into the database list for ease of access. It allows the operator to single click dial company contact from the database list.

6 Jan 2015 iServ Operator Software Groups Groups are use full when you need to arrange the extension users into department groups. Also helps when trying to locate a extension quickly. Group names are fully customizable and can be renamed.

7 Jan 2015 iServ Operator Software Message Tool The iServ Operator Message Tool is a very important aid that will assist any receptionist with the task of taking a message for a staff member in any organisation. The receptionist can take text messages for staff that are busy or out the office. The Message Tool will allow the reception to receive delivery confirmation to ensure the message is delivered.

The tool allows each and every staff member to receive text message that are left at the receptionist. Delivered messages are stored in a database on the users PC. This allow the user to keep all the messages or they can delete them as required.

The installation of the Samsung Office Link V3 facilitates the connection & communication to the Office Serv platform.
