Associate Degree  2 Year Education Near Same Pay Rate as Bachelor Degree Allows for Larger Workforce More Convenient to Some

Bachelor Degree  4 Year Education More Knowledge Less Malpractice Slightly Higher Pay Rate than Associate Degree

More Malpractices with Associate Degree Nurses A Huge Need for Nurses and Continuing Need in the Future
