The age range of the courses you are searching for either Pre or Post 16 If you know them you can add (not mandatory): The name of a Provider. The name of a course/subject.

27 TITLE SLIDE – ALL CAPS [Font Arial (Heading) size 28 – align left Setting up your learner applications As a Provider Manager you can set whether you would like to approve learner profile’s. You can also add qualifications for learners and lock this section down so that they cannot amend them. Currently adding qualifications is a manual process for the Learner Manager. It is also possible to add either a default referee or a named person to be noted as the referee for the learners.

By selecting the applications tab they can delete the application, submit it to the Provider and also message the Provider.

34 TITLE SLIDE – ALL CAPS [Font Arial (Heading) size 28 – align left Awaiting Profile completion If the profile has not been fully completed or has not been approved by home school then this screen is visible. The learner can then go back to the profile to complete or contact their school for approval.

35 TITLE SLIDE – ALL CAPS [Font Arial (Heading) size 28 – align left Additional Questions asked by receiving provider If the receiving provider has extra questions they would like to ask these will appear after they have chosen the provider and the courses. These questions will need to be answered before the application can be submitted.

They are then given the option to agree to those conditions. If they do not agree they will not be able to continue the application process.
