4 Page 4 Track 1 - Defining the Template’s Reading-Key Criteria The Reading-Key Criteria are the lens to analyze the experiences through 2.The “Uncertainty experts” dimension refers to the actors, roles, organizational units or structures to which the organization assigns the responsibility to conceptualize and control uncertainty and, consequently, the responsibility for Risk Management. 3.The “Technologies” dimension reveals the extent to which the Risk Management System becomes embedded or decupled in the organization and refers to the practices, procedures and tools adopted by an organization to implement Risk Management. 1.The “Risk rationalities” dimension reflects the main purpose which any organization grounds its own risk strategy on (i.e. compliance, performance, company value, etc.).
