30 Ask Dave!! Dave is now home!!  1. My customer had problems seeing the Chat 50 when he hooked it up to his computer. Shouldn’t it be just plug and play?  2. I can’t seem to get any mindshare from the sales staff on Chat 50. What successes have we had out in field I can hang my hat on.  3. Also, the RAV products. The sales staff seemed to embrace it at first and now it has become a hard sell. What do you think is the reason for the down turn and how do we get them turned back around? Or is this not what you’re seeing nationally?  4. Does MAX IP now work with all networks? I’ve had to take back a couple because they didn’t? Explain why we had issues and how they’ve been corrected.  5. Concerning the IP issues, is everybody in the same boat?
