5. Early Computational Devices Some early computational devices are the Abacus and punch cards. The Abacus was the first external aid to computing math. Punch cards were paper that contained digital information represented by holes.

6. Early Computers ENIAC- First general purpose electronic computer. Mark 1- First programmable digital computer made in the U.S. EDSAC- Second practical stored program computer.

7. Early Computers Continued. EDVAC- One of the earliest electronic computers. UNIVAC- First commercial computer in U.S. First Microcomputer- Computer with a microprocessor as a CPU.
