3. Process From the next slide, select a topic that reflects an area of interest for further discussion. You will have time for three 10 minute conversations. Each table selects a facilitator. It is the leader’s role to ensure all voices are heard and that the conversation remains focused on problem solving and sharing of effective strategies. After 10 minutes, you can either remain with that topic or move on to another topic of interest. 3
