Learn more about yourself and how best to work with people who are most and least like you.

4 Turn to person beside you...  What are some challenging situations we often encounter when working with the rest of our team?  What about challenges when addressing topics with our exec?  What do many of these have in common? Interpersonal communication

5  You all should have a handout to help us identify your animal type.  We will put statements up on the screen and you will assess which statement is more like you.

13  What is one bit of advice you have for others to know when working with your animal type?  What advice can you come up with for yourself in regards to working with mixed groups?

14  Which “animal” do you feel it would be most difficult for you to work with?  Which animal might be good to work with because of some complementary skills?  How does knowing one another’s animals help maintain relationships?

15 This is not absolute There is no BEST or WORST animal Not an excuse or diagnosis Pay attention to your own behavior o At what times do you see yourself in the colored side of your animal? o At what times do you see yourself on the outside (non-colored) side of your animal? Golden Rule vs. Platinum Rule Who is in your jungle? o Implications for staff development and teamwork?
