3 Alzheimer’s Society volunteering Alzheimer’s Society operates in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. 6,434 volunteers delivering 7,502 roles (2,000 staff) Roles cover services, fundraising, research, campaigning and other support 78% are female and 22% male 21% are over 65 years old 13% are under 30 years old 350 volunteer roles currently advertised on our website Volunteers help at every level of the Society
