2. INTRODUCTION
Utero-vaginal anomalies(UVAs) are caused by alterations in development or fusion of the müllerian ducts.
UVAs are classified into four types(according to Modified Rock and Adam -AFS classification):
Systematic analysis in imaging allows accurate morphologic demonstration and classification of UVAs with associated pelvic lesions or renal anomalies.

3. CASE -1
14 year old female patient came with complaints of severe lower abdominal pain, predominantly on left side.
Attained menarche two months back.

Imaging plays a pivotal role in detecting and there by aiding the management.
