3. The Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) is an emerging technology that is transforming classrooms into more engaging, interactive learning environments. Interactive Whiteboards are large white board displays of information projected from a computer. Depending on the brand purchased and its capabilities, manipulation can be done by a pen, hand, stylus, or other instrument.

6. Interactive whiteboards open new possibilities for more engaging classroom learning. They raise the excitement level in both teaching and learning, and help increase student involvement in class.
