7 Covers: Use the green “4-H Member’s Record Folder,” or an appropriately sized 3-ring binder. The member’s name must be on the front. Dividers: Use tabbed dividers between sections labeled with: My 4-H Resume, 4-H Notes, Project Records (separate tab for each project), Photos, and Previous Years’ Records.

8 Don’t Forget… All forms have a “fillable” version Use the “Notes” page to your advantage No points for creativity, be professional Omit everything outside of the required pieces Commit time at club meetings throughout the year Advancements demonstrate a deeper commitment to learning Leader signatures are required
