1 eTrack User Manual Penchant Software Inc. This manual was written using a Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone with Android OS version 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) Version 3.0.2 1 One of the keys to successful freight management, transportation, and delivery is the accurate, real-time tracking of the status of shipments, start to finish. Shippers need information about their goods in transit, forwarders, handlers and carriers need to be able to document that they’ve done their jobs and end customers deserve to know what to expect from their delivery experience. While the process isn’t new, eTrack now mirrors all of the traditional freight management and documentation processes and tools and presents them in a powerful mobile application. ETrack provides the transportation professional an accurate, time-saving and convenient transportation management tool. This manual provides instruction for its use.
