Self Driving Car ●A car made by Google that can navigate through streets without a human driving ●Has sensors: lasers, cameras, and radars that detect objects in all directions ●runs on electric batteries ●The car processes both map and sensor information to determine where it is in the world ●Sensors help detect objects all around us. The software classifies objects based on their size, shape and movement pattern ●The software predicts what all the objects around us might do next ●The software then chooses a safe speed and trajectory for the car ● The self driving car is important because it makes driving safer since 94% of accidents are caused by human error makes getting around easier especially for people who cannot drive

3. Square ●Small credit card reader for mobile devices ●works with the free Square Register app to allow everyone to take payments on their smartphone or tablet. ●Square Reader plugs into the standard headset jack of your smartphone or tablet. ●Card information is encrypted at the moment of swipe. Square doesn’t store data on your device after a payment has been processed. ●Pay 2.75% per swipe for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. ●Square is important for people such as salesmen because it allows them to do business anywhere and accept payments even with no connection. Plus the buyer can also get whatever they purchased hand delivered

4. iPad The apple iPad is the first tablet made by apple. It is a touchscreen device that is made to be almost 4x larger than a normal iPod or iPhone The iPad runs on a battery and uses the ios operating system. The touchscreen is made to only sense bare skin and nothing else but special styli and gloves can still work. There are 3 main buttons on the iPad; the home button which takes you back to the main interface, the sleep button which turns the screen on and off, and the volume buttons which control the volume. The iPad was an important invention because it gave you the power of iPhone with a bigger screen that allowed easier control and more uses such as reading, since the smaller iPhone screen made it more difficult to read books off of for people with vision impairments

Wireless Power Wireless power is a term used to describe technology transmitting energy through an electromagnetic field to another technological device Examples of wireless power are electric toothbrush chargers and charging stations for electric vehicles like busses and trains. Wireless power works by plugging a transmitter to a power source which emits a magnetic field that is received by another device with a receiver, or the power can be transmitted by shooting a beam of electromagnetic radiation directly at the target which can be used at a much farther distance than a magnetic field can reach. The latter can be used to charge military drones and solar satellites.

Smart Watches Watch that pairs with an apple iPhone that allows you to make calls and text through bluetooth Pairs with the health app and can monitor your pulse and has a pedometer Easy to use hands free, good for people that need to use their phone quickly without having to take it out of their pocket or bag first.

Google Google made the first ever self driving car that can revolutionize the way that we travel and reduce the amount of human error based car accidents Google's search engine allows people to gain information quickly and easily and has improved greatly in its ease of use since it was first founded in September of 1998 Google’s applications such as Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets allows a group to work on a project at the same time from different locations which is useful because now group can be done from anywhere across the world as long as you have internet Google has also created its own line of smartphones and tablets that give you the power of google wherever you go.

9. Apple Apple has designed its own line of tablets and come out with 3 new generations of iPhones since 2010 ios has been updated from I.O.S. 4.0.0 to ios 8.0.0. The new and improved ios has improved the ease of use and speed of all “I” devices greatly, and along with the redesigned iPhones and tablets, having the power of the internet at your fingertips has never been easier Apple has designed its own applications such as pages, health, garageband, keynote, numbers, and many more, making the iPhone even more like a portable computer. All of the applications are free as well so you no longer have to pay the extreme amount of money for microsoft word and excell and the rest of those applications. Along with the health app, Apple has also invented a smart watch that you can use to monitor your health, as well as text and make phone calls hands free without having to pick up your phone.
