2. Welcome Screen Once you have successfully signed in you will see the Welcome Screen. Important dates will be listed and the Customer Service email link and phone number will posted on this screen. You will also have access to your benefit guide, resources, and forms which can be found on the left hand side.

3. By clicking on the link “Continue to San Antonio Independent School District Benefits Enrollment” the system will walk you through each step of the process.

4. Track your steps This page provides you with a preview of what you will be doing on each of the 5 steps. Once you have read the steps please click on Continue to 2006 Benefits Enrollment.

5. Employee Information The first step is where you enter and verify your demographic information. When the information has been entered and verified please click Next to continue through the wizard. NOTE: The required fields are marked with asterisks

6. Add Dependent Wizard By clicking the Add Dependent button you are brought to the Add Dependent wizard. The required fields are marked with asterisks. Once you have entered all of the information please click OK.

7. Medical Enrollment Screen The medical enrollment screen will give you the ability to elect or waive medical insurance. If you elect a coverage level other than “Employee Only” you will need to check the box for your dependents at the bottom of the screen. Aetna PPO 1000

8. Coordination of Medical Insurance If there is no COB information to add please leave the screen blank and click Next.

9. Dental Enrollment Screen The dental enrollment screen will give you the ability to elect or waive dental insurance. If you elect a coverage level other than “Employee Only” you will need to check the box for your dependents at the bottom of the screen

10. Vision Enrollment Screen The vision enrollment screen will give you the ability to elect or waive vision insurance. If you elect a coverage level other than “Employee Only” you will need to check the box for your dependents at the bottom of the screen

11. Supplemental Life Enrollment Screen The supplemental life enrollment screen will give you the ability to elect or waive coverage.

12. Spousal Life Enrollment Screen The spousal life enrollment screen will give you the ability to elect or waive coverage.

13. Dependent Life Enrollment Screen The dependent life enrollment screen will give you the ability to elect or waive coverage.

14. Review Elections Once you have completed ALL enrollments you will be able to view your benefits information to ensure that it is accurate. If you wish to make modifications to your benefit selections a change button is provided for each section. By clicking on the change button the wizard will bring you back to that screen to make the appropriate changes.

15. Finish Button The Finish button completes the enrollment process for you. It is located at the bottom of the Review Elections page. Please be sure to click the Finish button once you have confirmed that your information is correct.

17. Printing the Confirmation Sheet The confirmation statement is the last step of your enrollment process. Please click on Print Preview and print your confirmation sheet
