5. “Offense wins games, DEFENSE wins championships!” The pass! –Stay low to the ground. Why? Because that is where the other team is aiming! –Watch the ball into your arms. –Push FORWARD with your BODY, don’t swing with your arms. Less motion= more control

6. SETTING! Are there any physics to be applied to setting? –Push with legs to get more power (to make the ball go farther) –Other than that, I really don’t know?
