4. Spring
Hello, my dear friends! What’s my favourite season? Let me tell you.My favourite season is spring. Spring is a lovely season, I think. There is a garden behind my house. In spring, the trees become green and the flowers give off fragrance. There are many butterflies and bees over the flowers. The butterflies are dancing and the bees are singing. Sometimes it rains. It usually rains quietly. The rain moistens the trees and the flowers. I think they may say, “We’re very thirsty. The rain is very good. It can help us.” What a beautiful scene! Don’t you think so? And what about your favourite season,could you tell me? 3

5. Summer
Summer is the great season for all sports in the open air. It is the season for baseball which is often called the national sport because of its popularity. I usually watch television and read the newspaper reports about the baseball results of the little leagues. During the summer I like to go to the beach often because it is very close to my home in the village. I usually go there in the summer vacation to relax after many months in school in the city. I feel very comfortable with the familiar quiet of the villagers. 4

6. Autumn
Fall is the third season of a year . The weather in fall is cool , Sometimes it’s windy . I can wear my jackets and jeans . I often fly kites and go hiking with my good friends. And there are many fruits in fall , Just like : apples , bananas , oranges… And the Mid Autuain Festival is in fall , too . So I like fall very muc. Autumn comes , it gets cooler and cooler. The sky is blue and the clouds are white. Look ! Birds are flying from the north to the south.
The leaves are yellow. Some are hanging on the trees, some are on the ground ,some are dancing in the wind. Someone would say autumn is yellow.There are so many fruits in autumn, such as pears, peaches, mangos, oranges and so on. They’re fresh and healthy. Oh! I see. Autumn is a harvest season. Autumn is colourful. What a beautiful season ! 5

7. Winter
Although winter means cold weather, I love it all the same. I think winter is a beautiful season, especially when it snows. Snowflakes fall down naughtily. They fall on branches of trees, on roofs of houses and on wheat fields. Soon the whole earth will be dressed in white. Everything is shining in the sun. Every time it snows, I will remember an old saying, "Winter has come, can spring be far away?” 6
