4. Confidence is a strong quality needed by a good leader to be successful. Having confidence shows the people he is leading he knows what he is doing and trusts himself. By showing the people you know what you are doing and have trust in yourself they will begin to trust him. Also, confidence shows that a leader will not be swayed in his decisions.
