21 CASE: LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 21 Context: a multi national company operating in more than 50 countries has invited 19 high potentials to participate in a MBA like “on-site” leadership program in The Netherlands. The program consisted of two separate “on-site” training weeks with 6 months in between. Program Design: to strengthen the impact an online coaching program was set up between the two modules. The participants are supported online by professional coaches in to nurture their professional development in between the two modules. Result: improved implementation of new managerial behaviors by continuous, supported and on the job development of skills.
