3. Hold your hand to the side of your chest, not in front of your face.
Keep your palm out and your elbow down, close to your side.
Don’t bounce, jerk or move your hand.

4. When fingerspelling 2 words together, just pause between words.
To spell double letters, re-form the letter or slide slightly to the right.
Clarity and fluency are more important than speed.
