9. strengthening of the regional institutional framework for aviation safety and assistance in the development of a harmonized regulatory framework for the region promoting a comprehensive systems approach to safety management within Member States by adopting and implementing the safety management system (SMS) concept development of information systems to facilitate access to safety-related and safety-critical information within the region MAIN GOALS:
