3 Why is Year 9 important? GCSE options. Embed skills and mindset that will ensure success at GCSE. Some GCSE courses begin in Year 9. Changes to GCSE.

4 Attendance There is no doubt that success at GCSE is linked to good attendance. 90% attendance = 1 day off a fortnight. 95% danger level.
