11. BTEC Qualifications We have introduced a range of BTECs to provide accessible and appropriate courses for the range of abilities for which we cater. Assessment is based predominantly on coursework that is externally verified. 12. The EBacc Colleges are increasingly looking at the English Baccalaureate as an entry requirement for A Level pathways. It will be awarded if a student achieves 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including: English Maths Double Science History or Geography French / German / Italian
