1. DO NOW: Step 1: Cut out the 3 handouts for “Google Drive”. Step 2: Paste each one down in order starting on the back of Page 1. Write the number 2, 3, 4 in each corner of each page Step 7: Got to the Table of Contents and write Google Drive setup (Column 1) the number 2-4 (column 2).

3. Proper Computer Cart Care Before we get our computers let’s review our proper computer cart care instructions as a class. Turn to page 1 in your manual.

4. Google Drive Account I will call you up one table at a time to grab your computer. You will grab the computer number that is on your table. Please login to the computer. Start up Internet Explorer or Google Chrome and login to your gmail account. Turn your computer facing the front of the room once you have done that. Open your manual to the Google Drive handout we pasted in from yesterday so you can take notes.

5. Step One Find the icon next to your name. This is how you to get to google drive. Click on that icon.

6. Step Two This dropdown menu will appear and you can scroll down to Google Drive.

7. Step 3 Click on the grey folder icon and name the folder Computers 8

8. Step 4 Click on the arrow next to the red CREATE box and upload FILES.

9. THE CLOUD Your files are now backed up on the cloud. You will be able to get these documents any time you need from anyone’s computer logging in to your gmail address. You will be able to find your files easily. You will do this every class before dismissal.
