6. WE SHOULD AVOID FOOD THAT ISN'T GOOD FOR US... JUNK FOOD! FAST FOOD TOO MUCH SUGAR TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE FATS SOFT DRINKS SWEET SNACKS

7. WE SHOULD ALSO AVOID too much time in front of the TV… …playing computer games, or chatting

8. THINGS TO DO A GOOD BREAKFAST, HEALTHY SNACKS, VARIED DIET, EAT DURING MEALS AND NOT ALL DAY LONG

9. We also need to KEEP FIT with sport...
