8. 8 Tata Management Training Centre - 2012 Since e-learning is a new way of learning, here are a few points to remember There will be a time delay – Faculty presentations (ppts) and their speech may not reach you instantly. Also, when you ask a question, there may be a slight delay before it reaches the faculty – so please be patient Please make sure that you are in a room where there is no background noise Please “log in’ to each session at least 10 minutes early If the system logs you out during the session, please click on the link that has been sent to you for that session and you will be able to get in again Please use your headset and not your computer speakers as far as possible You need a regular broadband connection to attend these sessions. Wireless connection will give you poor performance For any technical difficulties, please contact Tata Communications at live.classes@tatacommunications.com After each session of the on-line classes, the presentation used will be uploaded to the Tata GeMS website for your reference. It will be available there for the duration of the program
