4. Raffles and Treats at Every PTSO Meeting This month the Administration has allowed us to give out Free Dress Passes for every student whose family attended this meeting. In order to receive the Free Dress pass, You must sign in on the attendance clipboard at the beginning of the meeting. It’s located on the PTSO Table in the back corner by the PTSO Bulletin Board. Come to the PTSO Table at the END of the meeting to receive the pass.

6. Family Roster Today is the deadline to turn it in to us. The Falcon Family Roster Forms are available for you to fill out tonight, if you would like to be added. They are located at the PTSO Table in the back.

8. Test Email from PTSO PTSO emailed everyone that signed up to be a member. Our email went out today (September 1). It was a test email to make sure we had correct email addresses. If you did not receive an email from us, please check your junk mail first to see if it ended up there. If it is not in your junk mail, please email us at PTSOPresident@lltacademy.comPTSOPresident@lltacademy.com and give us your name and your student’s name.

10. We will be using Sign-Up Genie for our Volunteers this year and you will also be able to sign up at our PTSO Meetings. Emails will be sent out 4-6 weeks prior to events with the link for Sign-Up Genie. You will only receive the emails about Volunteer Opportunities if you filled out the Volunteer Section on the PTSO Registration Form. If you are interested in volunteering you need to have a SERVE form on file (can fill one out at the PTSO table).
