15 RDS Update 2013 Data is finalized (for U.S.): Out of ALL real estate franchisors, Realty Executives ranked 11 th with transaction sides closed in the United States with 55,651 total transaction sides Ranked 12 th overall for sales volume with $11,999,016,555 in closed U.S. sales volume Average sales price is $215,612 in U.S.
