2. M/s. MYBOX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in June 2008. It was incorporated between Arvind Kharabanda & associates and Dixon technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. The company has been incorporated with an objective to develop, manufacture and sell digital set top boxes. The company started R&D activity from October 2008 and just launched the first commercial product in July 2010.

3. MyBox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is New Delhi (India) based STB ODM providing the complete STB Solutions for the Cable & Satellite Market. We are a Government recognized R&D House was launched with only one mission of becoming India’s leading Set Top Box brand across the world.

4. The company launched the first commercial product in July 2010 and by the end of the Year 2013-14 it has produced & sell 1.5 million of set top boxes. It has been successfully supplying Digital Set Top Boxes to various Cable & Satellite major operators across India and has reached to more than 5 million people. The initial agreement has been entered with DISH TV, whereas Dish TV is engaged in the business of providing Direct to Home Television service under a license from Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.
