User Management – Site owners will have the capability to create accounts for their external collaborators and provide them with the user name and password, instead of creating a helpdesk ticket. – This functionality is restricted to Site Owners only – External Users shall be able to reset their passwords online, without having to contact TGen IT or Site Owners. Owners can invite users (external users) using this functionality and grant them desired permissions Once invited, the user would be created and added to the site automatically. Newly invited user will receive an email with required details for login such as, site name, URL, credentials etc. Also the site then becomes available under his/her “My Sites” tab on the portal
