6. What does it cost? There are two charges for selling on eBay 1.Insertion Fee is charged when you create a listing 1.If an item does not sell the first time you will have to pay again to relist the item, however if the item sells the second time you are refunded the first Insertion Fee 2.Final Value Fee is charged when you successfully sell an item 1.If an item doesn’t sell you are not charged a Final Value Fee, however you are still charged the insertion fee PayPal has separate fees for receiving payments from credit cards
