3 FBU Annual Conference Decisions – Mainstreaming Union Learning the remit of the Regional Education Officer to include Lifelong Learning…..this position becomes ‘Regional Education & Learning Organiser’ (RELO). The position filled in line with current union rules during the transition ULF project staff continue to help and advise the union on lifelong learning matters – PSO’s working with RELOs rule changes took place at AC 2010 to fully embed the above position and other appropriate changes to committee structure that continued funding from central government and/or FRSs be further explored.
