3 One45 One45 is your one-stop shop for: –Your Schedule –Completing evaluations –Accessing the session handouts –Accessing the session objectives It is a vital tool that you will consult everyday!

4 One45 Accessing One45: Click on the One45 link from the student portal: http://www.med.uottawa.ca/MD/students Login with your Online Curriculum account.

5 One45 My Calendar: One45 calendar is your official schedule. must attend all sessions in your calendar. UGME may, at any time, modify the calendar Do not export your calendar to Outlook (One45 calendar updates will not be automatically updated in Outlook calendar).

10 One45 Curriculum Navigation: How curriculum is organized Information in header Navigation bar (Group / Portfolio / Course / Session / Sections) Sidebar menu –Mappings, Handouts, Objectives, Search, Sections Last-minute handout additions (via DocZone – to be covered later)

11 One45 ToDos: Evaluations that need to be completed appear in the ToDos Click on the underlined toDo item to open the evaluation Due date for submissions is shown All items must be completed in a timely manner. They are a required part of the curriculum

12 One45 ToDos (con’t): Evaluations have “submit”, “save and close” and “cancel” functions. “Submit” submits your evaluation – you cannot return to it “Save and Close” saves your evaluation, you may return to modify it – it does NOT submit your evaluation “Cancel” clears all information entered.

13 One45 ToDos (con’t): If you do not “submit” your evaluation by the due date, it will disappear from One45. Remember “Save and Close” does not submit your evaluation.
