17 Baldrige-Based Self-Assessment for the Board of Education
Board QuickCheck Baldrige-Based Self-Assessment for the Board of Education The purpose of the Board QuickCheck is to provide a quick evaluation of the school as a learning system complete with an action plan for getting started.

18 LEADERSHIP We work with key stakeholders to develop a School Board mission statement that supports the state and district mission. YES *TBA In the process

27 Board Improvement Process
Validate the need for school board improvement (consult QuickCheck). Clarify and communicate board mission, goals, and measures. Adopt and deploy an approach of continual improvement for all board work. Translate the approach to aligned action by every board member. Analyze results and make improvements. Repeat the cycle.

28 Plus/Delta Based on QuickCheck results, STRENGTHS and OPPORTUNITIES for IMPROVEMENT are identified.
