Regional Club League  RCL formed and features the Top 20 clubs in the state of Washington  Based on Geographical location in Eastern Washington  Three Rivers SC is the ONLY Southeastern Washington RCL Club  Like vs. Like competition  League structure is based on Promotion & Relegation  Direct Feed to Washington State President’s Cup  Three Rivers Soccer Club was accepted into RCL in 2010  100 page – charter  Competition points criteria met  USSF “A” Licensed DOC  Western Washington RCL Clubs have U8-U10 RCL Leagues

RCL Competitive League - Description Fall – Dates & Format  Eastern Washington-Competitive League  Spokane Shadow, CDA Sting, Wenatchee Fire  2 Away/1 Home vs. SSC/CDA, 1 Away/Home vs. Wenatchee Fire  Jamborees to bring in other teams from WA, ID  Up to 2 weekends internally, up to 15 games per season  Sept to Nov (Fall) Season  Feb to May(Spring) Season  July-Aug (Summer) Tournaments  All league games on Saturdays  Teams mixture of U8-10 players  Evaluation (Tryout) Assessment  April 25-26 th, 1:00-3:00 PM @ T-CYSA Soccer Complex  Teams will be distributed based on skill level  Training (2x per week)  Once with 3RSC assigned coach, one combined training with two teams in program  Tournament (3)  Fall kickoff, Summer (2)  Winter Indoor Training/League (Optional)

RCL Competitive League Description 2015 Cycle Process  REGISTER!!!  Evaluation  Technical Ability, Physical Ability, Attitude, Tactical Awareness  Team Selection  Distributed based on evaluation/Three Rivers SC Professional Staff  Goal is to create 3-4 teams in each age group/gender  Coaching Assignment  Schedule Developed  Practices, Games & Tournaments  Curriculum Distributed to Staff

RCL Competitive Youth Program Team Selection  Tryout-Evaluation Assessment  Team Creation  U8 Teams (Boy’s & Girl’s)  U9-10 teams formed based on ability  Gender specific, no mixed gender teams  State Cup Evaluation & Play  State Cup teams created (1 per gender)  All players in Youth Program eligible to be evaluated for State Cup team  Team in addition to league team  1 team per gender will represent Three Rivers in WA President’s State Cup

Three Rivers SC Youth RCL Program-Costs  Registration Cost  $235/player  Scholarships are available for those that meet the financial need  Uniform Cost  ~$90/player  Travel Cost  Travel cost for out of town games  No overnight games for Fall & Spring seasons  Tournament Registration  Team registration costs for tournaments
