2 Importance of Employee Communications The two top motivators are appreciation of their work and being “in” on things. Workers perform best when they understand their company’s goals and financial status.

3 Communication Difficulties 1 in 10 workers is an alternative worker. 80% of employers offer nontraditional staffing arrangements. 47% of employees telecommute during part of their work week.

4 Wells Fargo Insurance Knows the importance of employee communications. Has employees located around the country. Suspects communication needs are not being met. Knows we can do much better. Doesn’t currently have a newsletter.
