 This is about the hard work, responsibilities, and scholarships that will show you the path of all of my independent study. There is going to be basketball, baseball, football, soccer, and academic scholarships.  The reasons the scholarships are given out is to recognize special talents in athletes that play certain sports, along with coaches that want them to play on their team.  This presentation will show you that it’s not all fun and games when your doing your job.

 Basketball scholarships help the qualifiers with their future athletic achievements. The players come from High School Basketball teams that college coaches were looking at.  There are divisions for different schools. There are Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 scholarships. The most D1 scholarships are mainly given out in basketball than any other sport.  There is a professional organization In basketball called the NBA.

 Baseball scholarships help with athletic success in the future. Only they have tasks to maintain while they are in college.  There are many baseball scholarships given out each year. There is also a special professional league after college called the MLB organization.  There is a Professional League called the MLB which a quarter or less of every college baseball team goes to the MLB. That will help you for future finances and bills. Most people in the Pro’s get paid millions of dollars for one game.

 Soccer scholarships help you with success in a youthful carrier of athletics. There are so many ways you have to be responsible to get a scholarship in soccer.  Not many people get a scholarship in soccer to play in college because even if it is the most watched sport in the world, people seem for soccer to come more naturally in other countries.  The reason it is because so many countries play it around the world.

 Football scholarships are hard to come by because they are the strictest coaches in the NCAA. In football you risk it every time in a game because you can get seriously injured.  The first football ever played was in November 6 th,1869 where the Rutgers and Princeton played each other. From then football has revolutionized, like the helmets, pads, and rules. Now there is an organization for pro football players called the NFL. You can get drafted but only by playing in college.

 Some people think academics are better than sports, but some people think the opposite. . They give scholarships to good athletes and smart people. They give them to show hard work and dedication to the things tings they love.  If they rose up more money for schools there could be more scholarships given, so where that unseen talent and smartness could get recognized.

Basketball was first invented in 1891 by a teacher that used a peach basket as a goal. He was a Canadian American, and used a regular ball. Before football players had facemask they had to have a dencher set for a game and one for home. In early basketball times players used to play in Shorty- shorts. One game a pitcher threw a ball and a pigeon flew in front of it and went splat.
