2. Log-in to access the pensioner verification page note: upon first login the default password is “password”

3. Where the user can change their default password. After the user log’s in the user will be redirect to change password page (home page) which the user needs to change the default password so he can navigate freely on the website Note: unless the user change the default password he cannot navigate to other page.

4. Where the user can view all the uploaded pensioners either search for the unique number or search thru date uploaded and/or date range, and with the link provided blue numbers you can view the status of update of the specific pensioner please see next page.

5. Where the user can view the detailed status of pensioner. just click back or any listed menu to go to specific page.

6. Where the user upload pensioners data and image/s. Please be noted that the user have to upload the data(csv file) and the image at the same time To upload updated pictures of pensioners just click choose file and select the picture you want to upload To upload scanned or death certificate click choose file and select the picture of death certificate you want to upload

7. Where the user can select the date of upload to print or select a specific pensioner to print. For batch printing select thru the drop down list then the batch you want to print, and for the specific pensioner just input the reference number and click search To print the verification form click the print button

9. Where the user can select and update a pensioner status. Note: this page is for the selecting of pensioner thru inputting a pensioners unique number. To update a pensioner click task, click update pensioner, you will be redirect to the updating page. To select a pensioner you want to update input the PHLPOST reference number and click search. The web page will display the selected pensioner for the user to verify if it’s the pensioner the user wants to update. When the user confirm the pensioner click update pensioner’s status to proceed

Where the user can update a pensioner status Note: this page is for updating the delivery attempts if the pensioner nowhere to be found and we have 3 attempts for it This page is where the user can update the status of the pensioner. To update a pensioner click the drop down list besides the result of verification the user has 3 choices UNLOCATED ALIVE DECEASED If the user cannot locate the pensioner click un-located then the user will see this page to update the pensioner

11. Where the user can update a pensioner status. Note: this page is for updating the status for ALIVE pensioner If the pensioner is alive the user will see this page and update the status of pensioner For now please avoid using the ‘ mark or any other symbols. Ex: citizen ’ s

13. Where the user can view all the reports whether visited or not; it will be listed all of the status of pensioners including RTS and not visited pensioners.

14. Once the user click onto the number they can view the detailed list of pensioners status, and if the user click save onto excel then all the data listed will be export into excel. (please see next page for the sample excel file)
