If your child asks you the answer to an exercise, ask the child to do the following: Use the resources within the course software (Glossary, Toolbox, and Help) Answer the exercise to the best of their ability. Many of the courses are designed to provide automatic tutorials when the child misses a predetermined number of exercises. When the session has finished, explain the concepts presented to your child. Print course reports regularly and provide offline assistance with the content that your child is finding difficult.

Acceptable Use Policies To ensure the success of your child, we ask that you agree to the following guidelines: Parents will monitor their childs performance and session times as determined by the school and parent. Parents will be responsible for the care of the software CDs and will return any CDs to the school prior to moving or leaving the area for an extended time. Parents will communicate via email any technical issues their child experiences using SuccessMaker @ Home.
