Each one will be evaluated separately and a Go-No-Go decision will be reached for each one separately.

12 © 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved MM Upgrade Beta clients who upgrade to MM should receive the following: ▸ Personal training from the AM (How to use & best practices). We will provide training materials. ▸ AMs should follow up on clients. Check if they have questions on how to use the system and validate that clients set things up correctly. ▸ In case of questions / problems AMs should contact the support team as usual. R&D will be available to respond quickly to problems that need to be fixed (i.e., if bugs are encountered). ▸ The solution team members will follow up and monitor the upgrade process closely.

Beta clients will be granted the appropriate permissions after training. ▸ The AM will send the support team and the solution specialist the scheduled training date with the client. ▸ After the training has been completed the AM will send a support request with the following details: The account name and ID, advertiser ID. Which users (name and ID) should have access to the new platform. Which permissions should be granted (MM Upgrade, Geo data or SVP permissions). ▸ After tier2 enabled the account to MM Upgrade, the ‘Collect geo data settings – limited control’ permission was checked and the “Collect Geo Data” checkbox was checked on the advertiser level, the AM will be responsible for defining the cities on the advertiser level.

21 © 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Geo Reports ▸ At least 10 advertisers should use the geo reports to ensure the reports answer their needs. ▸ Receive feedback from two accounts from each region. ▸ By the end of the beta, upgrade all geo custom reports users to the new geo reports. ▸ Validate the data in the 3 geo reports, and ensure its creditability and accuracy before the release.

In the meantime, custom development will supply the solution.
