3 Being RESPECTFUL: Honor the rights or wishes of the office staff.

4 Wait Patiently n Stand in a single file line n Keep comments to yourself n Wait your turn to talk

5 Be Polite to Staff n Look adults in the eye when speaking n Talk to adults when directed to do so n Say “Please” and “Thank you”

6 Who Can I Talk to for Help? Office Staff Only: Secretaries Administrators Nurses Health aides Counselors Additional staff

7 Being RESPONSIBLE: Go directly to and from the office with a pass. GO AWAY! Where’s your PASS?!

8 Politely Seek Assistance n Sign in and be seated n Walk up to the counter when it is your turn n Use your inside voice

9 Mind Your Own Business n Only listen to conversations you are directly having with the staff n Comment only when asked to do so

10 Being SAFE: Follow office expectations so you will be less likely to get hurt or hurt others. Uh OH!

11 Keep Hands, Feet, and Objects to Self n Respect other’s personal space n Ask permission before using office supplies n Keep materials to yourself

12 While Seated n Keep both feet on the floor n Keep all four legs of the chair on the floor n Use only one chair at a time WAIT!
