8 CO-PALS: Colorado Policy, Analytics, and Learning at Scale With a focus on collaborating with community colleges and creating comprehensive student support, the program seeks to increase retention among students who might not otherwise complete their degree. …transition at-risk students from area community colleges to CSU- Global to complete their four-year degrees.

10 Colorado Community College System Strategic Goals Student Success Goal: The demands of Colorado businesses and communities shall be met through the development of a highly skilled workforce. Student Success Goal: Colorado students shall have seamless opportunities to transition from high school into college and from two-year institutions into four-year institutions. Student Success Goal: Colorado students shall have the opportunity to succeed through high quality, cutting- edge instruction and educational services.

At-risk, low income, first generation, and minority students who face obstacles in completing postsecondary education A.A.S. and A.G.S. degree students who have limited transfer options to baccalaureate granting institutions A.A. and A.S. degree students who benefit from intensive support services

Strategies for Seamless Transitions: 1.Career & College Navigators 2.Collaboration between CCCS Navigators & CSU-Global Enrollment Counselors 3.Joint A.A.S. and A.G.S. -> B.S. articulation agreements 4.Tuition locked-in from completion of 30 credit hours through one year after graduation and a 10% tuition discount scholarship through graduation
