1 Pacific Convenience & Fuel Fremont, CA & Denver, CO areas Installed: Q2 2011 / Encore S Brands: With nearly 50 sites already on the Outcast pump-top network, Applause TV embedded in the dispensers was the natural progression to modernize PC&F’s forecourts. Currently installed at two locations in California and Colorado and in the process of installing at the highly visible Denver International Airport location, PC&F plans on moving to Applause TV for all future sites. PC&F is utilizing Applause TV to help differentiate its locations, to help further enhance the loyalty of its customer base, while also driving fueling customers inside the store. “Adding Applause TV to our sites provides us with a strong hardware and technology solution to carry our message to our consumers in an engaging way, on a site-by-site basis. Applause TV allows us to easily adjust our message accordingly by location. 2 Colbea Enterprises, LLC Providence, RI & surrounding area Installed: Q2 2011 / Encore S Brands: After a positive experience testing Applause TV with Outcast at one location, Colbea quickly opted to broaden their forecourt digital media network by adding six more sites with Applause TV, a trend that Colbea plans to continue as they update sites. Applause TV combines couponing with Colbea’s in- store and national promotions, and entertains customers while they fuel. This site differentiator has brought in new customers and made the Colbea stations stand out from their competition. “We are pleased to be rolling out the Applause TV with Outcast solution to our stores. 3 Quality Petroleum of Alabama Birmingham, AL & surrounding area Installed: Q2/Q3 2011 Brands: Quality Petroleum is a privately-held business owned by the Weeks family of Lakeland, Florida. They operate 40-50 locations in Alabama and Florida. Quality Petroleum of Alabama has five sites in some stage of the installation process, with approximately 44 screens planned in the first phase of implementation. With a commitment to engaging best practices in technology and customer service, Quality Petroleum has already decided to make Applause TV a standard with each of their future site upgrades. “After seeing the Applause TV technology at a Sunoco conference in early 2011, I was sold. Our customer base is changing—new generations of drivers are not the same as they used to be and we needed a way to connect with them. 4 U-Gas St. Louis, MO & surrounding areas Installed: Q1 2011 Brands: U-Gas owns and operates 17 convenience stores, 12 with Applause Media System. U-Gas has managed their own content on the system for several years, but decided to include some Outcast content in their promotional schedule. By participating in the Outcast Affiliate program with up to three national paid advertisements at four sites, U-Gas is able to recognize monthly ad share revenue through Outcast. They are now replacing Wayne pumps and adding Encore® S with color and Applause Media to their new sites. “Our focus with Applause has always been on driving forecourt traffic into the store.
